Registration User list not showing :(

I was wondering if someone would be able to help.
my site is using gravity forms for user registration and forms for woo commerce products. I would like to display both forms when submitted in the user account so that they may edit the information.
I have enabled the sticky list checkbox on all fields for user registration and have also applied the shortcode to the page that it needs to display on.
For someone reason I keep getting
“The list is empty. You can edit or remove this text in settings”

I am not sure why this is happening.. please help
