Registration Wrongly Auto-Approving

I just tested the plugin on my setup and it’s working fine. I tried logging in without approving the submitted form and got a “Your account is still pending approval” error.

Please test the plugin by deactivating other third-party plugins once as the issue might be occurring because of a conflict created by any one of them. This article will help you: https://docs.themegrill.com/knowledgebase/detecting-a-faulty-plugin/

Thanks, but I can’t test a negative can I. When I register, it does of course have to be approved, but somehow others are managing to register without needing approval. This is not something that can be tested or recreated.

I have seen other threads about this issue so I know others have had the same problem. How did they fix it?

Sorry for the delay,

Yes, I understand that it might not be possible to test all the cases for such an issue. The other users facing this problem might probably be because of some faulty plugins, an old version of the plugin, or also because that they have not configured the individual form settings. I am saying this because there are no such issues with our plugin right now. We as well as our developers have tested the plugin and we can confirm it.
