    Hi,

    It appears that my clients are having problems registering for events. They are not getting any confirmation emails at all, and payment is not going through (Mollie plugin)

    The registrations are being completed, and say that payment was taken, but even on my test – I got through to the bank page, but then cancelled out of the order, and it is marked as being paid and complete within the orders page. 2 clients weren’t added to the attendees list, but my test was.

  • I have a similar issue with a couple of customers. I have one listed as having paid via PayPal and completed but no money has been received. This customer told me “Have ordered 3 tickets for BTP on 27th but my payment has not gone through as went to paypal instead of credit card by mistake and then couldn’t go back”.
    There’s nothing in my PayPal account.
    She also been sent the tickets!
    “Yes have got tickets so assume payment has gone through I did have a paypal account years ago so probably it has taken money out of my bank account Anyway let me know if you have not been paid”
    Thankfully she’s a friend from church. But if this happens with others i could lose revenue and customers

    I found this issue as well when the “Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically” box was checked. If someone went through the checkout but did not complete the Paypal transaction, the confirmation and ticket emails would still be sent even though no payment was received. Unchecking this box though defaults to standard Woo behavior that you have to manually approve each ord4er. I found that by unchecking the box above and then using WooCommerce – Autocomplete Orders plugin made everything work correctly.

    Hey all!

    Since we haven’t heard back from anyone I’m going to assume this has since been resolved, but do let us know if that isn’t the case (ideally in the Event Tickets Plus forum if the issue relates to that plugin/to WooCommerce-driven tickets as I’m afraid to say www.ads-software.com rules mean we can’t provide support for premium plugins here).
