Regretful Purchase

  • I completely regret purchasing this plug in.

    The first problem was that I needed to uninstall it because I was having issues. I went to reinstall it and my activation key wouldn’t work and said it was already in use. The dev had to login to my WordPress to fix it! Not a good start.

    Then the other main problem was it was causing issues in my WordPress backend when trying to write or edit a post. It was loading a file from another domain (belonging to the dev) that was giving a 404 error. It was causing my write post page to take a minute or so to completely load. This plugin is just a mess.

    Here is the error from another domain:

    error.mp3 net:: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
    loading.gif net:: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

    The plugin also makes a ton of requests to other domains on your site which slows loading down.

    I contacted support and they said they would give me a refund but then disappeared and I received no refund or further communication. They do promise a refund if there is an issue.
