Regular menu instead of mobile hamburger icon

Hi, I have the “Ocean Extra” plugin installed, but I don’t understand how to get the navigational menu to appear as it does on the secondary pages, rather than the hamburger icon.

I’ve already tried Customizer > Header > General, but no matter what menu Style I choose, the hamburger icon does not go away.
