    Hi,
When I add the Name your price feature to a variable product (gift card in my example)
it adds the products default price to the cart, instead of my choosen price.
    Please help?

This website is online and active. So, for now, I’ve deactivated the Name your price temporarily.

    Hello,

This is not the expected behavior. Could you please share the settings page screenshot so that we can look into it?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.
I’ll explain it a bit better, maybe that helps.

The website is a recreational rental for Citro?n 2CV’s (Ugly Ducklin cars).
People can book a 2CV for a day, with options as arrangements and picknicks.

In the shop I have a variable product, which is a gift card.
My goal is to have 5 options:
    1) Name your price – choose what the giftcard is worth
    2) 1 day out with a 2CV
    3) 1 day out with a 2CV including gasoline
    4) 1 day out with a 2CV including picknick basket for 2
    5) 1 day out with a 2CV including gasoline and picknick basket for 2

My general settings for your plugin are empty, I only want to use it product specific:

The setting in the giftcard product:

I hope my explanation is clear, as English is not my native language.

If necessary, I can provide you a temporary login.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello @vectory,

Sure, we shall look into it. It will be better if you share the temporary login through a support ticket. I hope you are using another plugin to create gift card products. Could you also run a plugin compatibility test and share that result as well through the ticket?

    Thanks

I’m having the same problem and have sent a support request to you via the form on the support page. Thanks!

    Hello @carricdesign,
Glad to know that our support team has already resolved this issue on your site. You are using the Divi theme module which is overwriting the WooCommerce pricing function on the cart and checkout and causing the issue on your site. We will be releasing a new version soon including this fix.
