    I’ve changed regular price with bulk plugin
    And then i clicked product sync
    but the prices still no update

    Do these changed prices update on the site after you updated via the bulk plugin?

    Was a full sync completed with Facebook after these changes?

    The bulk plugin is up to date

    I’m tryna uninstall the bulk plugin and change regular price manually on product menu
    and syncing product on Product Sync – Fb for Woo plugin

    But regular price still not update on fb catalogue

    Any solution?

    Hi there,

    Are you able to try a reset on the product sync?

    You can use the following code for the reset:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products/#reset-all-products

    After seeing that the products were reset as expected, you can remove the code as it would no longer be needed.

    Hello @ngsoes,

    You will need to keep this snippet until all the products are reset as expected.

    Once that is finished, you can remove the snippet as it’s no longer needed.

    Hi @ngsoes thanks for the update.

    Please go to Marketing > Facebook, and enable debug logging. Then, try another sync.

    Next, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, look for Facebook in the drop-down list on the right, and click View.

    Check to see whether the log shows that the products appear to be updating, and report back to us with any errors you may find so we can troubleshoot further.

    We are not aware of any related bug at this moment but this type of issue can happen from time to time for not using the latest version of the plugins. This is why we always recommend users for keeping the plugin updated.
