Reindex table button not working

  • Hello,

    I just got this message whenever I try to use the widget or shortcode:
    “Please go to plugins settings page and click on “Reindex table” button.”

    The thing is, when I go to settings and click on the button it does not index any product after the scan.

    Any suggestions?
    I would appreciate any help

    Hello,

    Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and tell me what error appears after you press “Reindex table” button?
