reindex won’t complete

    Hi

    I installed the pro version but have a problem when I try to reindex the table.

    When I click the reindex button it gets to 100% but then it doesn’t finish. It just stays at 100% and the spinning circle just keeps spinning. The “you need to reindex” notice at the top of the admin will also not go away.

    I have about 60k products and it takes about 50 minutes to get to the 100%.

    How can I complete the reindexing?

    I also sent you an email to the email address on your website but I have had no reply.

    Hi,

    Can you please do the following – open the browser console ( F12 ) and try to reindex one more time. Please write to me about any errors that you find inside this console.

    Also you can enable the wp debug mode by following this article and also tell me about any errors inside debug.log file. This will help me to figure out what exactly goes wrong here.

    Also make sure that you are using the latest plugin version as it often contains important bug fixes.

    I managed to get the reindex to complete however I have been tested this on my site and it is far to slow.

    I am aware you can change the number of search results and set a low number like 100 or 200.
    However this defeats the object of doing a search. I need it to show all the search results which sometimes includes thousands of items. Your plugin is so slow with this number of results it’s unusable.

    As a result I would like a refund for this please as per your 30 day refund policy.
