Reindexing Updated Posts

  • Hi,

    Testing with your free plugin at the moment and indexed the site as per the setup. All is well. But if I update a post that has already indexed then the new content on that post is not found.
    Is there a workaround for this i.e. reindex updated posts?

    Relevanssi should reindex posts whenever they are updated. How are you updating the posts? Are you using the standard WP editor, or are you doing something unusual to update the posts?

    Hi Mikko, Thanks for the quick reply.
    I’m just updating the ACF fields in the wordpress post, then pressing save.

    What if you then press “Update” again, does that help?

    Ok, I reindexed the whole site and it’s working again. Then I updated a post and it does show up in the results. So, sorry, I may have misled you here.
