Reinitialize lightbox when image changed (ex. with isotope)

    Is there a way in order to reinitialize the images displayed in lightbox if the number of image changed, for example, when using plugin isotope filtering:

    Could it be done with some JavaScript ?

    After isoptope filtering, I’d like to display only the visible images in lightbox and not all the images.
