reinstall mess up

ok i managed to install wordpress fine firstime but screwing up my word press account decided to reinstall. deleting my site.

so i started again.. unzipping word press, changing the config file and
uploading, but now word press can’t find the config file…

what have i done??? could making a new wordpress account effect it?

help would be absolutly amazing as im stuck for ideas.
