    Hi, I had this plugin up and running but because of requirement with google I decided to delete as it was not serving its purpose. I now want to reinstall and try again but when I install the plugin and go to settings the link to wordpress account just keeps spinning and I cannot relink anything. I then deactivated it again and it caused a critical error email to be sent. Website seems to be working fine though.

    When I went to my google merchant account the feed seemed to be working even after I deleted the plugin.

    What is the best way for me to reinstall the plugin and make sure everything is linked and working correctly?

  • Hi @kds26,

    Can you send us the critical error that was in the email? This might shed some light on what happened – what I am guessing is there was a plugin conflict with a different plugin in the site, not allowing Google to connect to the site properly.

    This might also happen if there are other Google associated plugins on the site, so if possible as well please link your System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
