Reinstalling JetPack PlugIn

I recently notice that JetPack was no longer activated. When I tried to reactivate it I received a message that said it could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Since loosing JetPack I no longer have my social media buttons or my Twitter feed on my homepage.

How do I go about reinstalling JetPack? If that is not possible how do I go about resetting social media functions?
