Reinstalling wordpress to retrieve posts

Hi,

Im a newbie and I installed wordpress fine under https://www.cowesplaza.com.au/wordpress and have all posts in there. Since I had no option to reinstall wordpres to the root folder using Netregisrty, i decided to uninstall from the subdirectory. I did not realize copying files from Filezilla did not include saving my posts in the subdirectory. So my question is, how do i retrieve my posts? Given that i no longer have access to the dashboard? Please help help!
