Reject button

    I noticed that when the user clicks on the [cookie_reject] button, it does not disable cookies if the user enabled them just before. By pressing the [cookie_reject] button, it only makes the banner disappear.

    Is this normal or there is something that I did not understand.

    Hi @epokk,

    Clicking the reject button will disable the cookies and block the scripts that are added via the plugin, provided that you have configured the plugin correctly.

    Kindly share the site URL so that we can take a look.

    I confirm that pressing the “reject” button doesn’t toggle the options of category.

    Theses are still enabled.

    Hi @efbi,

    The value of viewed_cookie_policy is set to NO which will block the cookies. By next update, we will optimize so that the category toggles is also set to disabled position.
