Reject Button and Read More Link Missing

    I have added the shortcode where required for the cookie reject and see more options, but they do not show up on my website’s cookie bar. Please help!

    This is exactly what is in my Message text section under the Customise Cookie Bar tab:
    This website uses cookies to improve your experience. We’ll assume you’re ok with this, but you can opt-out if you wish. [cookie_settings][cookie_button][cookie_reject][cookie_link]

    We checked your site and we can see both read more link and reject button functional in it. Hope the issue is resolved now.

    Buenas noches, no me aparece el botón de rechazar ni el enlace de “leer más” por mucho que miro y remiro en las opciones de que todo esté bien no entiendo porqué pasa y porqué no me aparece? algo tan sencillo no funciona? en el plugin aparece que es compatible con mi versión de wordpress (la última)

    I’m having this same issue of no “Reject” or “Read more link” buttons or text appearing. I’ve checked using different browsers, reset it,… nothing is working. Please let me know how to resolve. Thanks!

    Hi @meanderingmax, @joseluiscerezo,

    Are you sure that you have added the corresponding shortcodes in the cookie message text field?

    Refer the HELP tab for the list of shortcodes and their usage.
