    Reject button not visible. I checked to see if is deactivated but this is not the problem.

    Hi @totalrecall,

    Kindly verify that you have included the reject button shortcode which is [cookie_reject] in the cookie banner message text under GDPR Cookie Consent menu > Settings > Customize cookie bar > Message.
