Rejected my mail, after asking me to write to you

    Hello,

    You sent me an e-mail, which I did not reject. In that e-mail you asked me to write a review and give you five stars and if I could not give you that rating I should reply to your message and explain the reason. I took time to write a reply and sent it only to get a slap on my face with the reason that:

    550 5.1.1?: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

    This is offensive. You invite me to write to you then reject my message. I am at a loss for words. Now, this message will wait for moderation because you did not like what I said about Jetpack paywall. Please review your policies, communication standards, and then connect with your existing or past users.

    Hi @acekin, thanks for reaching out about this. I contacted our team that sends these emails, and it looks like there’s an issue with the email address that you would be replying to. Because of this issue, the email is bouncing back as not being able to be sent to us. I apologize for the inconvenience. I’m working to get this solved now.
