Related Ads carousel images help

The background image (image says FREE CLASSIFIEDS) for empty ads is showing up underneath the ad images in related carousel, I am using this to show the image for ads with no image: https://volusiaclassifieds.com/advert/1964-ford-falcon-front-fender-260-emblem-nos/
