Related pages by categories?

Hello. I’ve installed the plugin and really likes it, but is there a way related post to be shown by categories, not titles? For example, i’m doing movie site where my pages has categories. When they open a movie which is ?ction, Fantasy categories, under the title related post to show other movies with those categories?
