Related Plugins: fatal error

    I just installed the software, and as soon as I went to the settings area I see “welcome to nextgen gallery”, “about” which are fine. But the “related plugins” box says
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/icbjtxag/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 279
    What happened? What does this mean and is it OK to ignore?
