Not without manually editting the code of the plugin.

Alternatively check out this link which has a bit of javascript code that you can use to open links in a new window.

    Hello Ajay,

    Thank you for your reply.

I do not know enough about coding to fully understand the requirements mentioned in the link you supplied for icode4you.net but until your response, I wasn’t aware of that site at all. So thank you for that site reference.

I’m using the Thesis theme and found some code that I was able to add the ‘target=”_blank”‘ text to and it works perfectly.

Your reply didn’t directly solve the issue but your reply indirectly solved it by prompting me to continue researching and not just removing your plugin.

    So again, thank you. ??

Steve just a word of caution, you need to make this change again when you update the plugin to a new version

    Hi Ajay,

    Thank you for the heads-up.

The code I found was to use instead of the plugin.

This code also uses categories instead of tags which for my needs, works much better.

If in your next update you include a way to have the links open in a new window/tab and maybe also have a way to choose either tags or categories, then I might re-install the plugin.

Again, thank you for your reply.
