Related Post on Carousel do not link to the related post,

    Hello, I am currently using Regina Lite Theme for my wordpress.

    I was checking the related post if it works, and it’s not working, it just give hashtag in the end of original post link and bring me nowhere instead to the page where it belongs.

    How do I fix this? or that just how it works?
