Related Posts

This may be an easy one or may not be doable but thought I’d ask, at the moment my Related Posts bit at the bottom of the posts just seems to take whatever is the nearest posts in the same section, ie the latest news posst, is there amny way to make it choose the nearest posts due to tags so it actually gets the posts I have posted up on a similar topic ? This would mean in the ones I have posted here it would, for example find the posts which used the same tage instead of just the most recent in that section. In the example above can the related posts not be other posts which mention red cross or Anheuser-Busch, that would make more sense.
