Hi @matihas ,
What is shown in your screenshot is likely something that was manually written and added to the bottom of the post.
You can add content at the end of a post with code using the filter called the_content or using a plugin like the ones below:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/insert-blocks-before-or-after-posts-content/
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-popup/
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/add-widget-after-content/
I haven’t used the first and second ones, but I have used Hustle. Using the “embed” feature, you can create content and tell it to show at the end of specific posts that you choose.
If you want to automatically add links for specific keywords, you can use one of the plugins mentioned here:
https://blog.templatetoaster.com/best-wordpress-internal-linking-plugins/
You could also use the Smartcrawl SEO plugin.
Lastly, you may also consider simply using a plugin that is created specifically for showing related posts, like these ones:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/yet-another-related-posts-plugin/
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/contextual-related-posts/
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/related-post/
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Mwale
