Related Posts: Add tracking code?

Hello, I have been thinking about adding codes to my links to find out which navigation is being used the most. (This is something I’ve seen on Facebook and other sites.)

This would require the ability to modify the links created by Related Posts to have a querystring after them, like “?ref=rp”.

Can this be done? Is there a filter that can modify the Related Posts output? Thanks for any ideas you can share.
