Related Posts after content use Dofollow attribute

I am Looking for a Plugin For SEO Purpose. I want to Insert Related Posts inside Content Area With Dofollow attribute. I know a plugin “inline related posts” but don’t support custom post type. I want to use Related Posts for internal linking because this way boost SEO. I want to know about the function of your plugin is this plugin works for internal linking.i don’t want to use normal related Posts plugin because I already have this function in my theme. I want to use a internal linking related posts with Dofollow. Is this the right plugin I am looking for ? Does this plugin work for internal linking like “inline related posts” ?? Please reply and suggest me any internal linking related Posts plugin.
