    Hi there,

This is my go-to related posts plugin, I’ve used it on many of my sites and love it.
However, on the latest site I tried to install it on, it is giving me issues. It always displays at the top of the page (see screenshot) when I try to manually implement it, no matter where in the single.php file I might put it.

I am aware this may be a quirk in compatibility between the theme I am using (Pressroom) and the plugin, as I have never experienced this before. But do you have any insight on your end as to causes?

    Thanks!

That is indeed good to hear that.

I can’t see a screenshot. Is this a new install or old one?

Does it work with Twenty Sixteen or a similar theme?

And, lastly, with the latest plugin, is Insert after paragraph number: set to -1 or a very large number?

Ah, sorry I forgot to attach the screenshot link. And yes, this is a new install.

Here’s where it appears, below the header and above the article title:

Strangely, it’s the only thing that gives us trouble. We can position a comment section/share bar where we want it below the article, but the related posts always appears at the top.

I was able to position it exactly where desired with Twenty Sixteen. So perhaps this is a theme issue.

Also Insert after paragraph number: is set to -1. Though we have turned off the automatic positioning of the related posts, since we want it to appear below a share bar that is positioned at the bottom of a articles.

I’m wondering if it is because that is a page and you’re using some kind of page builder. If that is a page, could you try excluding it by editing it and selecting the option in the plugin meta box at the bottom of the edit screen?
