Related Posts Carousel Possible?

Hi, I’m trying to create a “related posts” carousel that goes at the bottom of the post template file. So essentially, it needs to be able to pull the current post’s category or tags and display related posts based on that.

I’m not seeing where I can do this in the settings. I see that I can select “tags” and “category” but I need to specify exactly which tags or categories to use, so that wouldn’t work for my purpose as this single carousel will reside in the template file and be used for ALL posts.

Any idea how I can get this accomplished? Thanks!
