related posts did not appear!!

The related posts functionality will “hook” onto the posts content and append related posts after it. This makes me wonder if your theme is setup to allow plugins like Jetpack to hook into your content.

Have you tried using the “Like” or “Sharing” modules in Jetpack? Those features append to your content in the same manner.

I don’t actually see Jetpack sharing on the post you linked to. I see another sharing plugin is active, which I think is powering these buttons.

We can rule out a theme conflict by temporarily changing your site’s theme to a default theme (such as Twenty Fifteen) and trying again. If you’re willing to do that, give it a shot and let me know.

You can also check whether any other plugins on your site may have a conflict. Please check our Known Issues list here:

Depending on the outcomes of the theme switch you can also try to deactivate all plugins on your site, and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then activate them one at a time to determine which is causing the conflict.

I’ve tried what you suggested but no luck. however finally I see that related posts appears only in some posts!! examples:

I’ve did some research and I found that re-index my website with wordpress.com can fix that problem but I couldn’t find how?!
I tried under debug page but it said only “requesting a re-index of your posts” and refresh status shows only 1% indexed.

I see also that my website have issues with communication with jetpack!! I tried to disable all the plugins and change to twenty-fourteen theme but the same error message persist!!
any other suggestion will be appreciated.

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
