As of now, this is only modifiable via a custom code snippet – https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/code-snippets/modify-the-related-posts-queries/. It should accept the standard arguments for WP_Query() – https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/classes/wp_query/

You may implement it using the Code Snippets plugin – https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/video-tutorials/shorts/integrating-php-snippets-with-blocksy/

Though, I will add a +1 to this on our research list as it is already on there in order to make this easier to implement.
