Hi! Do you mean the “Related” header *before* the posts? Can you check what the setting is if you go to Jetpack -> Settings -> Traffic -> Related Posts in your dashboard? I’m talking about the “Show a “Related” header to more clearly separate the related section from posts” setting specifically.

If that’s not what you’re talking about, then can you provide more detail? Because I see the individual post titles in the Related Posts right now on your site. Thanks!

Yes “Show a “Related” header to more clearly separate the related section from posts” is activated.

Hi @marco-raaphorst – thanks for clarifying that. Do you use any caching plugins on your site? If so, can you please try clearing the cache after turning on the headline.

Also, if you’re trying to set a custom headline message, can you let us know what exactly you’re putting in?

    Cheers,
    Lam

    Switched caching off: no headline
    Cleared cache: no headline

I am using this headline (default): Related posts

It does show up in the editor but not on the live site.

I see a problem with your Jetpack connect on our end. Could you disconnect Jetpack and reconnect it, to see if that fixes it?

    https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmelodiefabriek.com%2F

To disconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com, click on the Jetpack menu item in your site’s Dashboard, then scroll down to find the Connections area. Click the “Manage site connection” link where your site is listed. Then, click the red Disconnect button.

To reconnect, click the blue button that says “Connect Jetpack”.

Also, do you have the ability to set up a staging version of your site? If so, I’d like to test with a default WordPress theme, and also with turning off your other plugins one by one. Something is getting in the way of displaying the title there, and turning things off one at a time is usually the easiest way of finding what’s doing it. Let me know!

Hi! I have another thread of a similar issue, here:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/no-images-in-related-posts-2/

I’m not sure if it’s the same issue but it’s similar enough that I’m wondering if there’s link between the two issues. As I said there,

If that’s not possible for you, can you switch to a default WordPress theme temporarily, and see if that fixes it? If it still doesn’t, can you turn off your other plugins one by one, until you find the culprit (if there is one)? Thanks!

I didn’t mention it originally because your site seems pretty complex but, this might be the only way to find the problem if you can’t set up a staging site. Thanks!

Found the plugin which caused the trouble:
    Testimonials by WooThemes

    Deleted it.

Thanks! That’s a really old plugin:

So deleting it is definitely your best bet right now. Thanks for letting me know!
