Related product not work ?

  • Hi,
    their are few products on site which don’t show the related product on single product page and for others its work .and for the same category some of its product its show the related product and rest it won’t .
    i had go through all solution which is on forum and other but the same result found . interesting thing is that if i duplicate the product and publish, related product shows for both and if duplicate product push it in to draft or trash again it wont work ? can anyone please give me the inputs what should i need to do .

    Sounds like its just caching no results. Does saving the original product correct it?

    the original product is saving correctly i had try it to many times and different way but still same result i was found

    Did you import your products and categories originally via a plugin or CSV?

    yes i had import the product via plugin .

    In that case, the related ids may have already been cached. WordPress may not have been aware more products were added. Saving will flush the caches.

    can please tell what i need to do exactly . i had clear all the cache but same result was found.

    Save the affected product.

    Or try system status > tools > clear transients.

    the product save perfectly but still same result. but one thing in bazar category their are 4 product when i add one test product its work How ?? i really dont understand whats going wrong their .

    The products not relating; are they visible in the catalog? There is a setting in the publish box.
