    In the “PC view” about the product where I selected custom related products within the plugin, they appears too large and it shown only one product per view (total 3, 1 per line).

    Can you suggest how can I fix this?

    1. Screenshot: Please share a screenshot of the plugin’s main settings page.
    2. WooCommerce System Status Report: Provide us with the WooCommerce System Status report, which you can find by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get system status report .

    We believe the issue may be related to a theme conflict. To rule out this possibility, please try switching to a default WooCommerce theme, such as Storefront, and see if the issue persists.

    Additionally, the issue could be due to having only three custom related products configured to display. As a troubleshooting step, kindly add one more product to this custom related product selection and check if the issue is resolved.

    During our inspection, we also noticed an issue with the slider arrow display. To address this, you may enable the ‘Use custom slider arrow’ option in the plugin’s main settings.

    Please try these steps and let us know how it goes. Looking forward to your response.

    Thank you for the reply.

    I changed theme for storefront and there is not issue with it, so, as you suggested, the issue is a conflict with my theme.

    I tried to add one more product to custom related product selection and this not fixed the issue.

    Activating the custom slider arrow as suggested I fixed the arrow that didn’t showed in the slider on smartphone view.

    The entire them folder is 300mb. Are you sure you need al of these files?

    When you suggested me to add more related product I thought you meant to add them in the plugin settings. Today I added 4th related item to the specific product ( https://tiffanysicuro.it/abatjour-tiffany-farfalla-a-batterie/ ) and the issue is been fixed.

    I thin is a display issue but only if the slider is not activated due to 3 or less related items.

    Please go ahead and upload the entire theme folder to Google Drive as you mentioned, and provide the link to us via support. This will allow us to thoroughly examine the files and investigate further.

    Thank you for carrying out the additional steps. It seems the issue was indeed related to the theme’s handling of the related products slider when there are three or fewer items. Your observation aligns with this, as adding the fourth related item resolved the issue.
