- Screenshot: Please share a screenshot of the plugin’s main settings page.
- WooCommerce System Status Report: Provide us with the WooCommerce System Status report, which you can find by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get system status report .
We believe the issue may be related to a theme conflict. To rule out this possibility, please try switching to a default WooCommerce theme, such as Storefront, and see if the issue persists.
Additionally, the issue could be due to having only three custom related products configured to display. As a troubleshooting step, kindly add one more product to this custom related product selection and check if the issue is resolved.
During our inspection, we also noticed an issue with the slider arrow display. To address this, you may enable the ‘Use custom slider arrow’ option in the plugin’s main settings.
