Hello, I am using woocommerce on this site and for the most part the related products show up in a nice grid of four but about 30% of the time they appear to be jumbled. A web firm worked on the site but say it has nothing to do with their changes. Any woocommerce/ css wizards our there uncover whats happening and help me? Here’s a screenshot. The link above will take you to CDS and then you may have to browse other cds to see the issue appear in the related CD area.

    Hi there,

Going to the URL you linked above, the issue cannot be seen. Can you please provide a URL to where the issue can be viewed?

Hi Amanda, thanks for piping in! Yeah, the strange thing is it appears on and off again. Like I said, just 30% of the time. You may not catch it, its frustrating.
If you go to different products it may appear, but so far its hit or miss.
    Thanks for looking!

    Hi @anonymical7

Unfortunately, I am not seeing the issue there either:

Without being able to view the page when this is happened and using the google dev tools to see what is causing the problem, there’s really not a way to determine what the issue is.

It seems like there is indeed customization that has been done to the site through a child theme and/or CSS. I would recommend testing with a default theme such as Storefront to see if this can be consistently reproduced (which I suspect will not happen).

My best suggestion would be to reach out to a developer who can take a closer look at the backend of the site to determine what customization has been done that causes this to happen periodically.

We highly recommend the folks listed on our WooCommerce Customizations Page

Thanks Amanda, we may indeed just have woocommerce developers help!
    Thank you!
