    I set products on the “Related Products” option in the product page, and use “Related Products” widget the but they don’t show.
    I set the same products in “Product Upsell” option and use the “Product Upsell” widget and they show.
    Is the “Related Products” only work in your “Template Builder”? I using xpro theme builder

    I have carefully reviewed your message and understand your concern.

    In WooCommerce, related products are displayed based on the categories or tags of the product being viewed. Our widget follows this same standard.

    Could you please check if the product you are browsing belongs to a category that includes other products?

    If there are any, they should appear as related products.

    The site is still on building and I have one category and all the products are in the same category.

    Since you have one category in your store and all products are listed under the same category, the “Related Products” widget from ShopLentor should display other products from that category as related products.

    However, it’s possible there may be an issue on your end that is preventing your store from fetching and displaying the related products correctly.
