    Related products show absolutely fine on Mac’s, but they are not showing on PC’s (non-Macs). Any idea as to what could be the issue here? The link I’ve provided is an example of a product from the e-commerce store concerned. It’s the same on any product selected.

    Greetings from WebToffee support.

    We were not able to view the Related Products on a Mac device either. The products are not being loaded on the Related Products slider. Moreover, when we inspected the section, it displayed the elements of the Elementor plugin.

    For a better understanding of the issue, please share the screenshots of the slider from a Mac device and a non-Mac device.

    Hi Guys, OK an update to what I’m seeing on this issue. You are quite right, I cannot see the related products on my Mac nor on a PC. However, when I was logged into the backend of the website, and I called the url from a new tab, the Related Products slider was showing fine. When I logged out of the backend, and refreshed, the Related products slider disappeared. Yes, this ecommerce store has been built in WordPress suing the Elementor Pro Plugin.

    Hi @richardcrook,

    It seems like a conflict with a third-party plugin. Can you please check for the same issue after disabling all plugins except the WooCommerce and Related Products plugins?
    If the slider is working as expected, activate the rest of the plugins one by one and check when the issue reappears.

    Please check with a default WooCommerce theme (storefront) as well.
