    The text for ‘Related Products’ is between the product photo and the title of the product and runs vertically. I have auto-update enabled on most things, so I don’t know when this happened, but it was probably in the last week. It’s on every product.

    This seems more of a theme-related responsiveness issue. Can you switch your theme to Storefront to see if issue persists?

    If I switch themes, what happens to the site? I’m in my busy season and can’t be losing anything or needing to rebuild anything. Is it risky?

    Hi @nanfischer!

    It is not usual that you lose information or settings when activating/deactivating your theme and plugins; however, we recommend you make sure you have a backup in place of your site and database before making any changes.

    Another thing you can try is to clone your site to a staging environment, and monitor/perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities; it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin. Link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/.

    I have the same exact problem! I found I had to go into every product and add a closed div tag to the description to fix it! So frustrating.

    This seems to be related to theme’s style sheets.

    I have gone ahead and created a custom CSS rule to fix the issue on the original poster’s site.

    Please go to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and add the following piece of CSS code:

    @maxinerappleby That didn’t work for me. It ruined the whole page. I wish the fix was that easy. Argh. Thanks, though!

    @hegenberg Like I told BoldGrid who owns the theme, I’m not comfortable playing with CSS. This seems to need a fix on their end. I’m waiting to hear back about doing that. Thank you!
