Relationship with Custom Fields

    I’m using the “Advanced Custom Fields” plugin so users can select a PDF document, and the file URL will be automatically added to the page with the embed code either side.

    The problem I’m having is that the file ID is being pulled over instead of the file URL – therefore nothing is showing and my URL is “https://1928”.

    I would have thought this was an issue with AFC however they have pointed me in the direction of EmbedPress as they say it’s EP that is not getting the URL correctly.

    Is there any truth in that? Has anyone else had compatibility issues and know of a way around that?

    Since you mentioned that you are using Advanced Custom Field to create custom upload functions with EmbedPress, I kindly request you to provide us with additional information on how to recreate the issue.
