Relationship with extra field

    Hi,

    I have 2 post types: members and awards.

    The members post type has info for name, image, description and awards won.

    The awards post type is a simple title field.

    Different members can win the same awards – so it’s a one to many relationship.

    I linked Members to Awards. But in addition to showing the list of awards a member has won, I want to display the year the award was won.

    For example:
    Member 1 Awards:
    Award A won 2021
    Award B won 2022

    Member 2 Awards:
    Award A won 2023

    Is this possible?
