Relative URL to a different port number in a menu entry?

Hello,
In my website I was using this “onclick=”javascript:event.target.port=3681″” to redirect from https://domain.com to https://domain.com:3681, but I yet did not realized how to use that in a menu entry in wordpress.
Can anyone help me?
