    Is there anyway to “release” a post that has been marked as “Post Denied” under Anti-Space Log?

    I’ve whitelisted the user’s IP and email address and reported the posts as not spam.

    Does this take time? Or it it too late and the customer has to re-post?

    Hello @mbisque.

    When you mark a request as “not spam” in your logs, the form submission is sent to your account email. This only works for contacts forms. But, unfortunately, the post will not appear on the site.

    If you use standard WordPress comments, you can restore comments from the spam section in the admin dashboard.

    In addition, you can contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open. We will analyze the requests you have marked and may be able to prevent false positives in the future.
