Relevance to a Property? Page segmented?

  • Hello again,

    Is there a way I can give relevance to a property so it comes up further up in the list?
    At the moment the only way I can do this is by changing the date of the publication (i.e. most recent dates to those I want up front in the first page of my landing /home listing page)…?
    I also would like to have a unique page for those properties that are sold, houses for sale and apartments for sale. Is this possible?
    Right now I can only have a page for the entire list of properties inserted.
