Relevanssi + Filter Everything Conflict

  • Hi, I just noticed there’s a conflict with the Filter Everything plugin when using Relevanssi, once you do a search with Relevanssi enabled, all the filters are gone and replaced with an “There are no terms yet” error message for each. Any idea of why this could be or if it’s easy to fix? I’ll try to troubleshoot it and fix it myself.

    I looked at the Filter Everything source code, but it’s such a complicated plugin that I’ll have to say I can’t help you out here. It would take me hours to figure out why it’s not working with Relevanssi, and I don’t have those hours to spend. Hopefully, Filter Everything support can help you out with this.

    It’s also possible Filter Everything and Relevanssi just can’t work together. Relevanssi works with some filtering plugins. BeRocket Ajax filters are the best; they have built-in Relevanssi compatibility.

    Thank you so much for the quick reply. I intended to post this thread to both plugins’ support but since it was duplicated content only the first one went through. I hope the folks at Filter Everything see it too.

    If not, at least it’s good to know there’s options to work with Relevanssi which is great. Thanks again!
