If you search with the Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search), do you get the same results? What kind of scores do the posts get there?

Yes, same result, on the 13th position, the score is just 100 ! see the screenshot https://ibb.co/6BQVw0F

That’s… weird. If you search for other words that appear in the post title, are the results similar? It’s like Relevanssi is not seeing the title of the post at all, since it’s not getting the title multiplier

I would also try saving the post to reindex it, to see if that helps.

Oh wow, after I resave that product, now it’s at the FIRST result.

But this is a product that I noticed, I don’t know what other product possibly have this problem, I can’t go through 1500 products in the website. Any suggestion ?

Previously I have tried to reindex the documents but this doesn’t work. Seems only saving the product again work. Could it be compatibility issue with the cache plugin W2 Total Cache ?

    Thanks

W3 Total Cache can cause a bunch of problems, but this is not one of those –?Relevanssi has no interaction with the caching plugins, because Relevanssi accesses the posts directly in the database.

If you rebuild the whole index, what happens to that post? Does it still rank first, or does the ranking drop to the bottom again? It’s not unheard of that in some cases, Relevanssi sees the posts differently when they are indexed individually and when the whole database is indexed.

Check that and if there is a difference between the two cases, I’d like to see how the post appears in the wp_relevanssi database table. If you get all the rows in that table where the doc column has the post ID, how are the results different in the two cases?
