    Hi Mikko,
Working on a fresh site build, WordPress v4.9.6 and Relevanssi Premium v 2.1.6.1. Trying to run the initial index, but it just hangs and never completes.

I see “Time remaining: some time” along with:
    Wiping out the index… Done.
Counting users… User indexing is disabled.
Counting taxonomy terms… Taxonomy term indexing is disabled.
    Counting posts… 13 posts found.

    In console, I’m seeing:
“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)” for wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

The site is running on Local by FlyWheel right now.

    Thanks for any insight,
    Jonathon

This is not the Premium support. Premium support is here: https://www.relevanssi.com/support/

403 Forbidden error would suggest that the WordPress security measures are stopping your access to the AJAX code, the nonces are not correct or something like that. That happens for example if your browser is using an out-dated, cached copy of the JS files. That’s solved by a hard refresh.

If that doesn’t help, file a support ticket at the link above and we can continue from there.

    Thanks, Mikko,
Came back to that same project with no changes since, and it indexed perfectly the first try – so has to be an issue on my end.

Really appreciate the quick reply, thanks again,
    Jonathon
