The last couple of months about 1 in 15 customers have called and send when they submit the form, there is just a spinning circle. I’ve tested the form and it works fine.

I noticed that the Recaptcha I was using was specified as “Invisible” type on the Google Recaptcha console but on the form I chose the traditional checkbox implementation. It seems if that would have caused a problem, it would be happening consistently with every form submission.

Is it the case that just that a very small percentage of users may have a particular configuration (maybe certain security plugins or browser settings), or, Internet connection stability issue that would cause the Recaptcha to get “stuck” ?

Anyone else run into this issue?

    Hi @consultant1027

You should always ensure that the type of reCaptcha keys you have generated match the type of reCaptcha chosen in your Formidable settings.

Different browsers and devices will react to reCaptcha errors differently, which may explain why some users saw a spinning circle, while others were able to submit your form.

    Best,

    Nathanael
