• I mistakenly contacted their support for assistance about a plugin that was not one of theirs. They were excellent in their attention to detail and prompt. A lot of problems with wordpress / plugins, is trying to get answers and support, stilling looking to get support on the problem plugin with another company, days later. No hesitation recommending working with woobewoo and will do so in the future.

    but these are “good mistakes” we try to help everyone who contacts us if possible.

    WordPress and WooCommerce have a huge number of plugins, not all developers can afford to provide full support, which is quite annoying. Quite often, even the developers of very popular plugins suffer from this and lose users.

    Also, the trend to save money on user support, even wasting the company’s reputation because of this, is quite obvious in recent years. We try to get away from this and, in addition to an interesting product, also provide full support to our users and not only ours ??

    I hope this situation will change for the better in the future.
