rel=”nofollow noopener noreferrer” issue

Suppose there are total 4 links in the article body and 3 links are containing rel=”noopener noreferrer” tag and 1 link is containing rel=”nofollow noopener noreferrer” tag. Then Yoast SEO is reporting this like following:

=> This page has 0 nofollowed link(s) and 4 normal outbound link(s).

I have the same question. Could you please tell us about?
